How do I move my payroll?
It’s simple. Once your account is open, either download your pre-authorized deposit form from your account or go into a YNCU branch and get a copy, then share it with your employer or payroll provider. They’ll take care of the switch for you.
How long does it take for my payroll to switch over?
It depends on your employer, but most payroll changes take 1 pay cycle to take effect.
When am I entered into the contest?
You’ll be entered automatically once your first payroll deposit lands in your YNCU account.
Do I need to be a new member to enter?
No. Existing members can enter too—just move your payroll to your YNCU account and you’re in. If your payroll is already deposited into a YNCU account, then you can add a bill payee, transfer new funds over or refer a new member who joins YNCU.
When are the draws?
Winners are drawn every Thursday at 1:00 PM ET throughout the contest period, with feature prizes each month and the grand prize drawn on October 28.
How will I know if I win?
If you’re selected, we’ll contact you directly using the information on your account or entry form.
What happens if I win?
If you’re drawn as a winner, you’ll be asked to answer a skill testing question. Once you answer that correctly, we will arrange delivery of your prize.
